Is Call of Duty 3 good for PS3, i hear its not a alot and that the second COD was better. Help?

i have resistance and my friends say that call of duty is not even close to resistance so i dont know what to get

Get resistance, hands down. CoD three wasn't that great, and resistance has fun online play.

its a good game but the graphics really arent diffrent from the other systems.
