i know jeans and tennis shoes are out of the question but what about kneelenght skirts. and what about a classy flowing kneelenght jean skirt.

Typically I would say polo shirt and Khaki pants with a loafer style shoe. Knee length skirts are good but still not denim...sorry sounds like you are trying to still work denim into your attire.

no jeans, sneakers, t's, shorts or tanks. No jean skirts. other skirts OK.

decent slacks a blouse or sweater and clean comfortable shoes.
