i am not sure where to go is it births death and marriages ??? or the family law court that has copies ???

Where ever you were divorced. You'll have to pay for cerfied copies, but, you'll have them ~~~

The clerk of the court will have the divorce file and you can get a copy there. Better call first because some files are off site in certain courts if they are older. Be sure to go to the clerk in the county where you were divorced.

each state is different, but most likely you can get a copy from the county that your was final in. if they don't have it they should know where you can go.
