Nothing it is normal for vitamins to turn your urine a different color. Up your water intake and see if that helps.

B vitamins eliminate through your urine and change its color. I don't know the details but some vitimins like E change into B before being eleminated. Don't worry about it. If you keep trying vitamins you can get different colors as well. In college we would try to get the weidest colors. I saw on guy who got kinda a purple color once.

Couldn't pull it up but know that anything in excess isn't good, you can over due the water. I once had the doctor try to have me drink 84oz a day. Never made it that high there weren't enough hours in the day. (I work outdoors and sweat a lot)

It's fine. It's the B vitamins that make your piss almost green. I take a B vitamin everyday, and an hour later I am peeing green for the next six hours.

I believe the yellow is caused be urinating out the excess
B vitamins that your body didn't use. They're water soluable, and that's how your body disposes of them when it has more than it needs.

It just means that youre taking in too much vitamin B. Its pretty common. Once you stop taking it your urine will return to its normal color. I wouldnt worry about it for now.

That is simply the nature of vitamins; they all turn your urine brighter yellow.
