just got a letter in the mail from child support office that my husbands ex no longer wants to be paid through child support services she wants me to send the payment right to her...child support sent me a letter so i could stop payment comming out of his pay check...so anyways i have no means of getting ahold of my husband for he is in iraq...so im wondering if anyone knows the safest way to send it...she is rotten and i dont trust her...i dont have enough room to write all that she has done to us...he has never been late or never missed a payment for his daughter,,i dont know what she is up to so please help....

Sometimes your bank can set up an account to pay and record payments of this type.

United States Post Office Money Orders - you keep a copy for your records - always keep all your copies in a safe place that you will be able to find them if you ever have to prove you paid!@~

I think the best and safest way to send the money would be through direct deposit. Find out what her account number is and send it through the bank.

Send a money order or a certified check.

If you don't trust her,keep letting them take it out of his check.Sounds like she wants the money to come directly to her so she can do what she ants with it.

certified registered letter/child support/ she has to sign for it.
or go through the court.

..domestic relations are supposed to send it to her if there is a court order....if you dont trust her, you must have good reason, and dont stop believing it...

postal money orders. keep and date each and keep the reciept in a safe place.
