I'm not really sure and I know it doesn't matter to me.
I've never been one to chase popularity. I'm more interested in people that are "real" that make me laugh or I find interesting in some way.
Certain people I know make me laugh a lot.

Being cool, or whatever defintion the word "cool" applies to these days. If you wear stylish clothing from popular clothing stores at the mall, such as Abercrombie and Aeropostale, chances are you will become popular. If you hang with the popular kids, you may become popular. Or even if you do just one tiny thing that attracts others' attention, popularity could strike. So it all depends. But I believe that popularity isn't always a good thing. Usually the popular people spend less time on schoolwork and more time on gossip. I personally think it's more important to be a good person, than be popular.

Popularity is a farce. Be yourself and even if you only have 1 friend it's probably a true friend who likes you just the way you are.
