Someone there must like Brazil, because yellow & green are Brazil's colors. But I'm sure the marketing people were in on it.
There aren't many teams in the U.S. that wear yellow jersies, so the Galaxy's are either distinctive or out of it.
Galaxies (the outer space kind) come in different shapes. They could have had a nice black-and-white spiral design, for everyone's favorite galaxy.
