I E 7 presents me with a homepage in Korean.?

Question

My computer was recently upgraded by a Korean visitor who installed IE7. Although I went to 'tools' and set up another homepage I am always taken to IE7 in Korean as a homepage.

go to tools
then internet options
then change home page to what you want
then go to the language button on the bottom of that page and select English
Click OK and you are done
