I really think if you have to ask this question, you are not even old enough to have a boyfriend, let alone sex!

It's called "pre-ejaculate" or "pre-ejaculatory fluid." It's produced by the Cowper's gland.

It's a lubricating fluid similar to that produced by women when they get excited. It neutralizes acids in the urethra in preparation for delivering the sperm cells, and it also provides some lubrication for the foreskin over the glans in uncircumcised males (which, let's face it, every male is at birth).

Pre-ejaculate is not considered "safe" either for birth control or STD prevention, though the Wikipedia article I have added to the Sources field does mention that studies about sperm cells in pre-ejaculate are inconclusive. However, it points out that the rate of pregnancy among couples that use the pull-out method (coitus interruptus) is 4%. To put that in perspective, this means you only get pregnant once for every 250 times you have sex, which is about eight months if you're having sex daily.

There's also an interesting article on the Oregon State University's Web site on the subject of pre-ejaculate and, in particular, the amount of pre-ejaculate. While it's a useful article in its own right, I had to include it if only because the mascot of OSU is, of course, the beaver.

As others have said before me, it was pre-***, meaning you got him very turned on (you go girl!!). It was the first bit of *** (semen) that first oozes out before a boy has an orgasm (cums).

If it just got on your hand, you wont get pregnant. It has to actually get inside you to make you pregnant.

So, you can jack him off and make him blow all over the place without any worry about getting pregnant. Just make sure you don't get any near your private parts! If you do get some around your vagina, it could find its way inside you and there is a tiny chance of getting pregnant from it. (And it is a very tiny chance, but not worth the risk, is it?)

Its pre-ejaculate (pre-***) and it does contain sperm (even though its just a tiny amount, which is why you should always wear a condom and not rely on the pull out method. You can get pregnant from it and it can also pass on HIV and AIDS

Pre-ejaculate (also known as pre-ejaculatory fluid or Cowper's fluid, and colloquially as precum) is the clear fluid that is issued from a man's penis when he is sexually aroused. The fluid is usually secreted by Cowper's glands during masturbation, foreplay or at an early stage during sex, some time before the man fully reaches orgasm and semen is ejaculated.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?pxa8

A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.

He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied

it is precum. and YES it has sperm. You CAN get a girl pregnant with that. that is why the "pull out method" does not work

And cheers to you for asking, rather than just assuming.
