She seems to be entirely fiction as far as I can tell. All of the stories on her seem to be spoofs or falsehoods. Iran ALREADY has an Imperial Royal Family, descended from the Shah of Iran (Emperor) and his wife Empress Farah. So, its just NOT possible for her to have an Iranian title.
