after i find the house i want how long till i can move in?

If your buying a house you it all depends on how long the escrow is. If your renting a house you move in as soon as you pay the rent and deposit. You can do an Escrow in as little as 2 weeks but it is up to the lending company. It can be as long as 3 months.

That is all part of the discussion as you are buying it. Most of the time it is between 30 & 60 days before you take possesion of it.

Depends on the Closing Date and also, what you arrange with Vendor.
