Most people like to observe and study things even they don't participate in...i.e. sports, porn, religion.

I watch the American Idol even though i have no talents..go figure.

One very significant reason could be that he is either self employed or an executive who cannot be pulled from his duties and responsibilities by JURY DUTY!(Yeah two Four Letter words!)

Another is a demographic trend that has occurred where people tend to live in communities that are predominantly one party or the other!-I call it voting by residence!

Because he probably thinks his vote will never count since Bush stole at least one and probably 2 elections.

Because he is lazy.and just wants to informed so he v=can be a true armchar polititian....Just like the guy that watches Monday Night Football....but never played the game....He's the expert ....right?
