I try not to look at it that way. Just because you have a bad moment, or a few bad moments, it dosen't constitute a bad day, (unless you have the flu, which in that case, I'd take some robotussin, and a nap) but I do find that the best therapy is to talk to some one you trust. Gain some one's perspective other than your own, or even just to vent your frustrations.
In the summer time, i go to the batting cages!

I come here answer some silly questions, put on some of my favorite music and chat with friends...it pretty much lifts my spirits just about every time...

Take a nice hot bubble bath, put my fleece PJs on, sit on the couch with a bottle of wine and a great movie...........

I try to stay away from people. no sense on making them have one, i listen to my music, or i go have a bubble bath. and try to turn it around.
