I have to dress up as the Ariel off of the Little Mermaid for something..in a few days...and money is limited...how could i dress up as her> please give me some ideas....thanks

Green silky cheap material from the sale table at a fabric store. Make it as long from your waist to the floor plus several inches so as to cover your feet. Make an elastic waist. Gather it at your ankles with another piece of elastic. (Leave enough room to be able to walk at least little steps.) Wear a camisole for the top and maybe a swim mask for your face. Dye your hair red with a temporary color if it isn't red naturally.
