By definition, Never. Do what you do naturally, and fate will play it's hand naturally through that. If the action that one takes normally is seen as "forcing fate" so be it, but it's simply nature taking it's course, the action would've been taken regardless, it's simply how fate works.

have you ever held fate in your hands? it is not something to be forced or not forced. it is a result. it is a tiger you hold on a leash, a nuke you control with a red button, a peace treaty you sign, an oponent's neck you crush, a bit of food given to a homeless man, or your act of holding back all those things.

I didn't know that you could force fate. That would mean that fate didn't exist, just actions and consequences, yours and others, colliding.
