The sister ships were Olympic and Brittanic, neither of which were as luxurious as Titanic, but the both sure added more lifeboats after Titanic sank.

Olympic (Scrapped 1937), Titanic (sank 1912), Britannic (sank in WW1).

The Olympic's 1st Class Promenade was open, and the passengers complained of being wet by sea spray, so on Titanic they enclosed half of it, this was one of the only noticeable differences. The Titanic was the biggest and luxurious of all of them.

Captain Smith commanded the Olypmpic and then Titanic, where he perished.

The Olympic and Titanic were only in port together once, when the Olympic lost a propellor blade shortly before the Titanic sank.

The Britannic's hull was fitted with "double skin" which was two layers of steel for the hull as another safety feature, and the watertight bulk heads were made higher after the Titanic sank.

There were more lifeboats added to Plympic and Britannic after the Titanic sank.

The Olympic was painted white for it's launch so the photographers could take photos showing her size. The Titanic remained black, and the Britannic was painted white until WW1 when it was painted in "dazzle" colours including shades of greens, reds, blues and yellows to confuse enemies.

I hope this helps
