Being aware of it is a start. Living with it is dealing with it. And realizing it each and everytime it pops up and then determining not to let it interfere and then get ahead of it and not let those thoughts ferment to the point where they can evolve and maybe little by little they lose importance and effect in your life.

since i am a muslim i think i am fit to answer questions related to racism. why don't you begin to deal with them and see how things will turn out, also try to know why you are feeling so meaning, do u have a parent or a close friend who is a racist and so u gradually became like him/her cos usually when you know the source of the problem u can get over it. maybe u can also learn more about them and their culture. i dunno if u are a christian or a muslim or whatever else but if you are christian or muslim u can read more in the bible or the quran about how you should treat people no matter what was their beliefs, and maybe you will find your answer in religion.
I hope i have been helpful

I know how you feel. I have certain prejudices that I don't like too. They aren't on an intelligent level. They are on an emotional association level. Emotions can be hard to change.
Maybe you can meet some Jews and get to know them Then your associations will slowly change.

well the fact that you realize it and know its a problem is a major step. It might been a good idea to get some therapy to maybe help determin where this hate originated. we're a product of our experiences, it could be something buried in your subconscious that's created this racism. Its diffuclt to change who we are, but wanting it, is half the battle. Good luck
