An infection is a medical issue. It is not gross or nasty. Also, no one should be visiting that area while it is infected. If a guy does not understand then they are the wrong guy.

Depends what kind of infection. An infection like HPV is no big deal if you are honest with the guy. Something was seeping or causing a strange odor would be a turn off. What difference does it make? You should tell him either way.

it depends its gross not to mention cruel if you dont let him know and still continue having sex. You would be putting his health at risk too. Its best to say I cant really have sex right now because I have an infection and want to let it clear up so that it doesn't get worse. Most guys if they care about you will be ok with that and you can always find other ways to show your affection for each other

its only gross until you get on medication. you should never do anything sexual with someone until you have fixed your problem. it wouldn't be healthy for you. you wouldn't wanna makeout with your partner if you had some kind of cold, infection or illness cause you wouldn't want to get them sick, right!!??

i would hope that she informs her partner of the infection so that he can opt to practice safe sex or risk contracting the same infection. he has a right to know and you have a moral obligation to make him aware of your infection.

Well of course it is nasty and gross. Not to be unkind but would you feel comfortable if the situation were reversed?
