Chicago. Cubs have packed the stands for years while being terrible. Bears fan have been very supportive, and the Bulls draw well also. Chicago fans also travel very well too. I live in St. Louis and was at the Bears/Rams game, and the Bears almost had more fans than the Rams. The city is divided between Cubs and Sox fans, but yet both teams receive tons of attention and have a rivalry going, yet they come together for the bears and bulls.

I really think it's Chicago. Sorry New York, but when your teams start a losing trend your seats start to go empty. The Yankees always sell out but there are other franchises in NY that dont support this particular question. Chicago sports franchises sell out consistantly; loosing or not.

Without a doubt New York. The city has two teams in every major sport other than basketball. All of which have very strong roots and fans base followings.

I'd like to say St. Louis.

I've heard that other cities, such as Chicago, have great fans also.

If you mean attendance compared to percentage of population, St. Louis would make a good run at it. selling 3.4 million tickets last year when the entire state of Missouri has 5-6 million.

Bigger cities are split, so it's hard to say.

New York City. Not because I live in New York, but because it is the biggest media capital in the world.

Pittsburgh baby. The pirates are the only weak spot. They pile in for the Steelers and Penguins.

well. philadelphia's fans are crazy.
and. chicago has lost so many times that
their fans just gave up.
new york fans have gotten used to winning
a lot, so they don't know what it is to lose.
atlanta[represent] has many loyal fans, but
once again--used to losing.

but my guess would be philadelphia.
