First of all, think "less is more." When you apply your make-up make sure you apply a little at a time and be sure to blend it well into your lids for a more natural look. It is always easier to add more make-up than to have to take away... So, onto business... On the outer lid and a bit into the crease of your eye, use a nice green color to complement your eyes (green is a better choice than blue because it is a "warmer" color). Then, right above the crease blend a natural color brown to accent the green. Again, make sure to blend! Then, apply a touch of frosted shadow in cream just in the middle of the lid, to light up your eyes. Finish off with eyeliner across your top lid and halfway across from the outside of your lower lids. Smudge eyeliner with light strokes using a brush to soften your look. If you like, you can lightly dip your brush in green and make a "smokey" effect on the eyeliner on your lower lid. If you do this, just be careful not to load your brush too much as to irritate your eyes with the powder. If you want to call more attention to your eyes, use a more subdued lip color. If you lips are luscious, play'em up with a complimentary color. With eyes like yours, I'd suggest you invest on a set of jade or emerald accessories you absolutely love (earrings plus necklace perhaps??). There are also a lot of costume jewelry out there that are just darling. If it is something you love, it will show in the way you carry yourself and it will radiate your beauty. Accessorizing with green will bring your whole "look" together and bring in the green make-up into your whole outfit. Have fun and look pretty!!

Isabella,
with the eye color that you have I would line the inside of the bottom lid with a blue green or turquoise or jade pencil, nothing to dark or it will make your eye appear smaller, you want them to stand out but not to much, I would put a taupe or pinkish earthtown on the lid and use teal eye shadow to contour the brow bone and under and over the outer corner of your eye, the color teal will bring out the blue and green in your eye color, plus it looks great with black, use an earthtone blush with a little pink in it, they have some great blushes and shadows at Sallys beauty supply. Good luck.

Go for an eyeliner that's dark brown; it'll look more natural and go with your tan. Mascara is always a must. If you want to bring out your eyes, I suggest you wear a blue shirt. You won't need bronzer if you're already tan, but a tiny bit of blush (apply from the tip of your ear to your cheeks) is always good. Good luck!

For eye color, I recomend Almay intense i-color(with the shadow, liner, and mascara)u could use the one that goes with blue eyes or the one that goes with green eyes(whichever goes best with ur skin tone/eyes) another eye color tip: use a white, or close to white shadow to hightlight your eye right by your tear duct on the inner corner of your eye. If u wear foundation, make sure it looks natural and isnt' too caky. Try the almay foundation that blends to your exact skin color, or something similar. Use a slightly tinted or clear gloss, or just a moisturizing lip balm. Also, lightly mist some shine glossing spray on you hair.

Try putting a little white shimmer in the inner corners of your eyes to make them look open and give a funky touch, and then line the rest of your eye in soft black, which goes with the white x black theme. Then use dramatic mascara and no lipstick-- lipgloss. Just something shiny that makes your lips look pale and shimmery-- not bold and dark. Have a nice time on your date!

I'm not a big fan of make up, but when seeing celebs and other women, I find that the more eye shadow there is, especially dark ones, the uglier the woman is. I suggest lighter eyeshadow and not too much. If you have short eyelashes, you can put some eyeliner on. Lipstick: red, not too bright.
I hope this helps. I'm not sure if you'd really agree with it, I personally hate makeup. What I'm saying is only my opinion - mind you, I'm not really a girly-girl who like's makeup and all!
But I hope these suggestions answer your question. Good luck with your date!!

I suggest a grey eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes, and then a navy blue on the top to bring out the color of your eyes. It has to be a thin line, because too much eyeliner is...gross. Meaning, basically nothing, well basically nothing on the bottom. Also wear pink blush, it's sweet and will highlight your cheekbones.

ok, you might want to show off, but the best thing to do is to go light. Since you're a blonde, you should go with some light pink blush, don't cake it on -make sure you put it on your cheekbones, not your jaw, light brown eyeshadow works well- very light! and possibly sparkly for pzazz, light pink lipstick works with it also! Make sure you don't use dark colors, find a hairstyle that brings out your eyes, and don't do anything weird like I saw that someone said to put on "green eyeshadow"??? That's just weird!!!

I would recommend a light green eyeshadow on the lid of your eye, with some goldish-whiteish shimmer just below your eyebrow, and a gold-brown blush with some sort of brown lip gloss.. the green would really bring out your eyes, and the brown-gold tones will help make the look more natural and stunning with the black and white outfit. :)

If you are close to a mall, go to a department store, e.g., Macy's, Lord & Taylor, etc., with a cosmetics counter tomorrow. They'll give you a free make up demonstration and so you get your make up done. You can tell them that you'd like some advice with make up because you don't exactly know what to put on if you're wearing certain outfits. In return, buy the cheapest item they have.
