sure.. i live in a small subdivision and nobody is really out during the day (guess they all work or something LOL) i think the bet would have to involve money for me to actually do it though!

I could but wouldn't. It hasn't been above 32 degrees in weeks and you know what cold weather does to a man, right? It just wouldn't be the real me.
