If your horse likes them, then yes. Some horses like them some don't. My pony likes them, but my mare doesn't. Strawberries are great for horses. Recent studies also showed that they love bananas. Try adding a little sugar or kyro syrup to the beet mash to sweeten it up. Bran mash doesn't exactly have to be bran either. In the winter time, I just add hot water to all my horses meals. It's cheap and it's easy. The feed is already cold and the sweet feed is frozen, so by the time the hot water hits and soaks in, it is warm and steamy. So you might just try and add hot water to their feed. My mare likes it really, really soupy, so she can drink the water too, (I mean, I put like a coffee can full of feed in her bucket and fill the water up all the way!) cause she hates the cold water from the trough, and it makes me feel better because I know she is staying hydrated. On really cold days I add apples, carrots, bread, corn flakes, or some other oaty natural thing with about a 1/2 cup of sugar on top and my horses love it! and they keep nice and warm. Also, to help keep a horse warm in the winter, up the hay you give them. Forage keeps them warmer than feed.

Strawberry's are very safe for horses. In fact it's a common misconception to believe that horses only care for apple, cinnamon, or carrot flavored treats. They infact love and relish bananas, strawberry's and lime flavors.
Instead of beat pulp try a sweet feed- these are made specially for a winter diet and taste very pleasing to a horse. But if you insist on beat pulp a great way to make it taste better is Karo syrup.
Mix your beat pulp with warm water and 3 ounces of Karo syrup. Let it soak for at least an hour. Then feed to your horse.

Much of what you feed will be determined by trying various items and seeing what your horse prefers Dr. Basko recommends starting out with a sample of the fruit, and if your horse enjoys it, the amount can be increased to one-half or one cup. He has had success feeding watermelon, papaya, pear, mango (pits removed), and guava, all in moderation. “Fruits especially rich in antioxidants that horses can eat safely include guava, apples, grapes, raisins, bananas, and cherries (remove pit before feeding). Also, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries can be tried and are all excellent sources of vitamins.
So in short words "yes"
