Do you think saying the word friggin changes the original word's meaning or make it any nicer to say?

No to both. Its just a pronunciation variation.

No, it only draws attention to/emphasises the article. Friggin is often the equivalent of "very." Just more modern slang.

I agree with the first answer. If you have to say it though, I would choose that over the other option
