if your choosing to sleep with a stuffed animal instead of your significant other then you should feel guilty. Other wise, no big deal.

Heck no!! I love sleeping with my stuffed animals. They are softer and have more to them than pillows. I use Commanche, my giant stuffed horse, as my pillow with his legs on either side of my like someone wrapping me in a hug, then I cuddle my long time buddy Luke, my stuffed black lab puppy, in my arms and fall asleep. I've had the horse since I was 5, and the puppy since I was really really tiny. There isn't a picture in my house of me sleeping without him. Then I usually have a bunch more crowded around me in the winter time, cause it's really really cold where I live and the stuffed animals are thicker and warmer than a blanket. I have no problems about them, and no one thinks I'm weird for it. I think if you don't have a favorite stuffed animal, then there is something wrong with you.

I sleep when stuffed animals when I'm feeling depressed.

you're only a similar as my cousin. do not difficulty about it. you'll advance out of it. Or, progressively cut back some time with the filled animal till you do not choose/ slightly choose him to bypass to sleep. (Ex. placed him on the mattress yet do not carry him. attempt this for a lengthy time period, progressively bypass him to the floor...etc.)
