Hi If you want a website to go on to design clothes , I have a couple of web site that you may like. One of them is www.dressupgames.com, on that web site there are many different catigories that you can pick from and they are always updating it. On the web site you are mostly dressing up people and designing rooms and all of the games are FREE, so you don't have to worry about paying for anything.
And another website that I do know is www.sheezyart.com. I don't really think it's what you are looking for,but it has stuff to do with creating, but only go on the website if you like drawing. Because on this website you get to post pictures with other artists that you create. And it's free.It's pretty fun if you ask me. Well thats because I love drawing and creating.

well i dont really understand what u mean like dress up games or something but i want to become a fashion designer too and i dont really know anywebsites that would have what u may be askign for , but my little sis she goes to myscene.com , it's a doll website (i know this a alittle silly to go on a doll site but she plays this game where u kind of color the shirts and the clothing with ur own style and u can print them, she loves that game so i odnt if u would want to go to that website( it's a little kiddish i admit , by the way my sis is only 8 so yea) but if u want u can go to this website www.myscene.com and then click games or whatever and there must be like fashion games so try it sry if i cound't help u alot

no. why would clothes be for free and for fun whenever some people dont even have clothes to SURVIVE?!
