Any age.
The PG means Parental Guidance, in case there are scenes of violence, or cruelty.
Jurassic Park was a PG film, but it's a bit scary to anyone under the age of 6 or 7.
Even the Harry Potter films have PG certificates, and the fourth one was a C12.

Any age really. But it is better if you do have an adult with you in case you try buying something older.Retailers can get in a lot of trouble selling the wrong age films to persons under the required age displayed on the casing.
