A few months ago, I tripped and fell down someone's front steps. I was still feeling the pain in my left foot weeks later, so finally I went to the doctor. I had to wear a "boot" on my foot for about a month, and then I had an aircast to wear after that. Well, the week after I got my "boot" off, I tripped again in a neighbor's yard on the way to my bus stop. That was in November '06. My foot is STILL bothering me even after wearing my aircast. I've also received a major callus on my left foot in the past couple of weeks, too. By the way, a week after I got my "boot" off, I went to Europe and did a lot of walking. Any suggestions on how to ward off the pain? Or should I go to the doctor again? Thanks!

go back and see your dr. you may have a hairline crack in the bones of the feet. they are hard to see and are painful. you may also have torn a muscle. go back to see the dr, and try to wear only comfortable shoes that don't bind the feet. i know its not in style but i know i trip a lot more in heels :) and after turning my ankle and falling down the stairs i have retired my wonderful chunky boots in favor of keeping my neck :)

you could also try buying epsom salt and doing a warm water soak with the salt. you can buy it almost anywhere even the dollar stores. it might buy you relief if its a muscle pain.

Make certain you hold hot, sounds seen however it is actual put on gloves and a hat even interior and that are meant to aid with being bloodless. For the discomfort I'd advocate sizzling baths or warmness patches that you'll placed to your again and make certain you do not lie down awkwardly, be propped up. Try honey and lemon or lemsip for the bloodless and throat. I had whatever in which they mentioned the experiment have been typical however I felt garbage, guessing you could have been to a healthcare professional. If you'll check out excersizing because it does make you think a little bit bigger, check out strecthing if it does not harm. Hope you get bigger quickly and a few of this is helping.

You need to stay off your feet. I severely broke an ankle in 1985 and still have aches when I run.
