Why Won't My Ipod Update (read on please...)?

I plug it in to my computer, to update the songs and nothing happens I even tried opening Itunes first and then plugging it in, it still won't download the songs. It doesn't even give me the option to update it!

Check if you're set in manual music management. If this is the case, iTunes lets you choose which songs to upload to your iPod, so it does not automatically update. If this is the case, untick the "Manually manage music" option in the iTunes setup. Otherwise, you might have a problem in your connection. You might want to check apple.com.
