Because it is Rosie's job to have strong opinions about things. In truth, think of how much free publicity the View has gotten out of this whole feud.

Good question, I am sure the ratings did not hurt either one.
I would not have thought anything of the whole thing, but I watched Larry King show one night and Donald Trump was on and I could not believe how hateful he is, no matter what name Larry brought up, Donald Trump had the same answer, he couldn't stand them, in fact he called a few people pigs, which I had a hard time believing, because I guess I thought he was a bigger person than that.
Rosie is an opinionated person, Donald should have just dropped it

Rosie concern about Donald Trump decision about giving Miss Usa another chance was that if miss USA gain 30 lb she would loose her title. I think Miss USA, if under 21 should not drink. Should not do drugs. Should not make passes at Miss Teen USA.
Rosie was right, but did go to far making fun of his hair. Who hasn't. Donald Trump was wrong calling a pig, saying her wife was unlucky to end up with her. Calling her a looser, I wish I could be looser with her cash.

Rosie now feels she is above everyone else. Her success as a talk show host and notoriety as being gay has led her to believe she is invincible. As a Fan of Rosie I have to question her bitterness towards other successful people. The other day she began to discuss President Bush with Elisabeth on the View. She would not allow Elisabeth to share her view. She now is making remarks about Paula Abdul indicating Ms Abdul was drinking through the Idol. As much good as Rosie has done in the past I think she is over stepping her bounds and trying to force feed her views on the fans. It is terrible that the other women on the View will ultimately suffer as she continues her quest to fulfill her own agenda. I for one would love to lead the way for a "Rosie must go" campaign.

Well, Rosie gets paid to have opinions on the view... so it DOES pertain to her.
And I DO agree it's amusing/disgusting to see Donald Trump discussing "morality"

Because Rosie is an obnoxious pig with nothing better to do with her time than to pick fights with people. I can't stand anyone who is like that.

I agree with everyone else, it has to do with "scandal" which = ratings!!!.......I can't stand her!!!....her voice is like nails on a chalkboard.......she was funny as hell as Betty in the Flinstones...now she is just a loudmouth and obnoxious.....and I wouldn't watch the view if you paid me to!!! especially now that she is on it.....the show is crap!!! I'd rather watch reruns of "flava flav"!!!!
