What is a good way to have latest news on website?

What would be a good way to have like lastest news on my website that i could set admins and they could log in and post news without updating or changing the html. This is for a gaming clans website.

Get some tutorials on web dynamics and learn about PHP, Perl, ASP or any supported server side scripts that create dynamic HTML.
Another way is either javascript or flash files but they dont have nearly the same effect.
