well, you're going to need some sort of CD cleaning set... they usually work the best...
an alternative method would be to use some rubbing alcohol and a dust free cloth...
dust free cloths are made of special material that doesn't allow dust to touch it's surface, this way you won't harm your CD with dust...
anyways, dampen the dust free cloth with some rubbing alcohol and wipe it from the middle to the edge NOT IN A CIRCULAR MOTION. this is very important.
sometimes, too, if a scratch on your CD is very deep, it cannot be repaired...

I saw on TV this morning, that they would take a small cloth, put a dab of regular tooth "paste" and rub circles over the scratched area and it took care of and filled in the scratches.

well i have the same problem..i went to the store and asked how do i fixed a scratched cd?the store said to buy a cd cleaner...AND...it worked..i got to play my game...try buying a cd cleaner

I took a cotton ball and dipped it in alcohol and wiped ours off really well and it worked!

Breath on them and wipe them. One time I revived one of my friends games like that.
