now that's a good question, though honestly i hope you're just curious to see what people will say, and aren't actually in that situation, if you are, the i feel bad for you.
you have a few good answers, and i cant think of anything clever to say, so im just gonna say that you should just let her wear it.
i mean, after all she is old, let her have som fun.
i think im gonna go watch some tv now. thats how bored i am.

Next time Granny's little old lady friends come over to play Canasta, stroll through the room wearing one of those banana hammock things and just let your "junk" flop all over the place.
She might take the hint and cover up her saggy goodies the next time company comes over.

You could try a little reverse psychology on the old girl. Let her see that you "enjoy" her display. That should scare the living crap out of her. I'm not getting any more descriptive than that. I hope you understand what i'm saying.
