You and I are on the same cycle. Jan 8th would have been the approx date of ovulation.

It depends was this the first day of your last cycle?
If it was then you were ovulating between the 7 - 10 of Jan 07
But if you have a 28 day cycle your next fertile period will be Feb 2 - Feb 7
Then march 2 - 7
You can usually monitor your fertile days because it usually occurs 14 -16 days before your next period!

Hun when your next period starts count 14 days on the first day of your period and on that date is when your most fertil. 7th january 07 is the date your most fertil.

it was from The 7Th to the 11th January and your ovulation day was on The 10th of January and in February its from The 6Th to The 10th and your ovulation is on the 9th of February you can find all this infomation on www.mymonthlycycles.com

14 days from when your period started last. so good luck for the 7th feb!!!! ish!!!!!
