Just go into the stereo store and turn the volume up on all of the models. The loudest and most annoying one is the one you want. It's sure to tick off all the people on your street, which is what you're after, right?

First, learn to read and write correctly, that way there will be no one misconstruing your question.
Second, what do you want a stereo for? Don't you make enough noise on your own?
I read an article which stated that the less noice in your life, the happier you will be. But I don't know what your objective is. Maybe you just want to disrupt the peace in your neighborhood.
