If you still have milk, you can try to get the baby to feed again. I would recommend you call your local hospital's lactation consultant for help or call LaLeche League. You can find LaLeche in your phone book or look them up on the web.

It is possable, Their are meds a Doctor can Rx you to help increase you milk flow. Their have been instances where woman adopt children and have been able to breast feed. Talk to your Obgyn and they can give you a Rx, but it wont be easy, you will have to work at getting your milk to flow again. Massages, warm press, using breast pumps... Then their is the issue of him latching back on. He may reject the nipple, being so use to a bottle, therefore you may be forced to pump and bottle feed him that way. Best of luck to you.

I'm not sure, but I don't think so. It is the hormones that are present in your body from childbirth that start the milk flowing. The baby suckling keeps it flowing. Once you stop, I don't think it is possible to start again.

You can re-lactate if you are really committed to it. Contact a lactation consultant. Your pediatrician should have one on staff. They can tell you what needs to be done in order to relactate. Good luck!

i wouldnt recommend breast feeding again..ur boobs will hurt more than the first time

put breast milk in bottle and give it to her only way my little brother got fooled by that trick.
