Osteopathic Obstetricians?

Has anyone ever heard/been to an Osteopathic Obstetrician? She was referred by a friend of mine but i havent been yet, I am 3 months into my pregnancy and am wondering if anyone knows the benefits, what they do differently than a regular Obstetrician in prenatal care as well as in delivery?

Most osteopathic doctors take a whole body look at heathcare.. My pediatrician is a osteopathic doctor. When I first learned this I was like what the heck is that so I looked it up found a lot of good information. I put a link to the website I looked at to find out info.
