If less than 5 kids..no. But, unless I knew you had the following, there is no way I would trust you with my children:

- Advanced First Aid/CPR
- Letters of reference
- no criminal record
- SOME education related to childcare, such as understanding behaviour, nutrition
- you have children of your own

I would strongly suggest you get the education...you'll be more successful. Good luck to you...

If you are asking do you need to go to school to open your won in home daycare, You will need a certain amount of schooling. My cousin runs an in home daycare & she had to register with the state which means you have to meet certain requirements in order to be liscenced. I would check with your state to see what they require for you to obtain a lisence.
IF you are asing if you need to stay in school in order to have an in home daycare.... of course you do, you need to be smarter than the kids you take care of.
