You may have set your desktop resolution too high. Right-click anywhere on your desktop, select Properties, select the Setting tab and use the slider to change your resolution.

You must have tampered with the screen resolution.
Windows XP:
Go to desktop.
Right click
Click Properties
Click Settings Tab
Use the slider to make the screen resolution smaller
Apply it
If you like it click yes. Don't? Click no
Enjoy
Windows 2000:
Same Process
Windows NT and below
Same Process (except with win3.1)

If you have a small monitor, change it to a higher resolution. It will take up space though

Go into control panel...display...settings. Change the screen resolution to 800x600. if this is now too large go back and change it to 1024x768.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

If you don't even know how to change your resolution settings, you probably shouldn't be using a computer.
