i am helping a friend out looking for a place to live... he can only spend $600 a month can i cant find any places.
does anyone know of a website i can browse houses that are up for rent?
hes 18 and from rhode island
he needs to find a place by the end of the month...
i would let him stay with me but my parents wont allow it...
