you're 11 years old, anything you do to try and control your weight and jepordize your health is a no no. Better yet, if you want better advice, go to a nutritionist or a doctor. Not some people here on Yahoo answers! For all you know, they know as much as you do. I heard that most of the people on here are teens or younger.

There's no need to put on weight. If you try on a dress and it's too big then they can just take it in, no biggie. Trying to gain weight that fast and at your age is un healthy.

If modeling is too much of a stress maybe you should quit. Don't do anything that pressures you or hurts you. Be careful.

Make sure you consult your doctor or Nutrionist!!
I would suggest you add protein bars to your diet if you are to thin.
Be sure to be "healthy", and realist with your goals.
Ask your modeling coach WHY they want you to gain wieght?
Eat a healthy, balanced diet, 3 meals a day and 2 snacks!
Drink Milk and take a daily vitiman!
Talk to your MOM!!

Um, do NOT try to gain weight by eating junk...its bad for your heart.
if your modeling, they most likely would have MEASURED your size. i seriously doubt that they'd hand you a dress thats too big-do i smell a lie?

Eat lots of nachos, grilled cheese, twinkies, and hohos. Stuff that's loaded with fat and carbs. Don't exercise a whole lot.

eat tons of fast food like mcdonald's wendys burger king etc. plus lots of cool whip, ice cream, twinkies, yodels etc. lots of junk
