Maybe a doctor can help you, but anything by mail order is going to be BS. A women's vaginal cavity is not very long (4 inch avg) and her most "sensual" area inside is not towards the deep end of those four inches either. This is why most women prefer girth to length. You could absolutely still satisfy a woman sexually with your size - however it is below average and you wouldn't be wrong looking into it as that can affect your confidence which is the only thing you must have.

Penis size is not important (unless you are shallow). It's not the size of the penis that matters, it's all about technique. Master the techniques of pleasing your partner and all should be well. There are many reasons why you shouldn't get a penile implant.... One of which is impotence.

man you do have a problem ok first get a rock and a piece of string tie the string to the rock then tie the string to your weiner make it lift weights dont think an implant going to help you

Yeah it matters to 99% of girls. I doubt they work. All I've heard is they make you a weird color and very nervous.

sorry but yea. If you think about sleeping with one she will dump u in the morning unless she is a midget. You can grow it by wearing clothes that are not tight at you private area but it will take time lol. I'm not gay though!~~~~~~
