Well on a technicality Paul Hayman never got fired from WWE (who owns ECW). He just got sent home. So Paul is getting paid by the WWE to sit on his butt and do nothing. Brock Lesner will never come back to the WWE. There was a big feud between Brock and Vince McMahon. Brock was owed money and Vince didn't pay up, it went to court.Brock was going to come back last year but changed his mind. He just signed a contract with UFC.

Paul Heyman will not return to ECW, the only reason he has a job is because WWE doesnt want him to go to TNA

As cool as that sounds, I think the chances are very slim. Brock Lesner kept dissing the WWE.

they are really low, cuz A) lesnar blew WWE off when he had the life and B) i think he might be joining TNA and C) Paul Heyman might not wanna take his chances with Lesnar again
