I think John Murtha needs help, when he think that by running from Irak we the USA are going to come out victorious,, we did it in Vietnam and we paid for it. Plus he is dirty.

Well, I have to say yes... after reading that article, I saw a lot of loose connections, suppostions and innuendo, buit few hard facts.
He sounded more like a congressman interested in gaining investment and jobs in an area he was elected to represent. And cmon now who isnt going to go for money when its dangled in front of them? Money he DID refuse? He never tookmoney... he was never indicted, never actually charged with any crime.
So yes I believe him to be an ethical man, especially for Washington.

Need you ask? John Murtha is a POLITICIAN!
Of course he isn't ethical. He is even less ethical than average for a politician.

Go to the state of Pennsylvania and ask this question. Go to the rural areas but be ready to dodge anything they have in their hands. Go to the small town USA in PA. Enjoy your trip, but wear a heavy coat so the rocks won't hurt so bad when the people there start hurling them at you.

Well, compared to what? I'm happy he's not in my district! He was as dirty as sin in the Abscam investigation! That qualifies him to be a Pelosi ally, and a loyal, traditional democrat!

Without doubt!!
Next time be sure to avoid web sites that lean to the Right (or the Left), they'll provide you with nothing but lies and half-truths in order to forward their agenda.

The American Spectator? Oh God, you must be joking.
John Murtha has served America more honorably and ethically than any of the chickenhawks criticizing him here. Or anywhere for that matter.

Yes he is . He served this nation well and has become a true representative of the people back home in his district . He will be one of Americas true great politicians in time . Give it 60 years and history will tell the real story of the criminal Bush Administration .

it seems shady... but so does half of congress for one reason or another...
I personally don't think I would go as far as calling him "ethical"... but he never went to jail that I know of...
