my son its 6 months old he have diarrhea 2 days now what can i do to stop it without medicens?

you need to call your pediatrician or take him to the E.R. Babies get dehydrated really fast so diarrhea can be serious to a baby.
Is he drinking well? If he is give him Pedialyte, you can get it at the pharmacy. No milk products while he still has diarrhea. Do this while you wait to hear from Dr., or get some quickly on the way to the ER.

Unfortunately diarrhea usually has to just run its course. Give plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration, but no fruit juice. Pedialyte is good. And definitely consult your pediatrician.

You need to take him to the pediatrician.
Until then, make sure you push the fluids as he can become dehyrated quickly.

Have you ever tried giving him some Pedialyte juice it might help him.
