yes, I do... I haven't speak to my grandmother for 3 years now, she's a religious (catholic) freak

No, I don't hold grudges with family members or anyone else, for that matter. When you hold a grudge, it hurts you more than the other person and it gives them a certain amount of control over you. If you have an issue with a family member, try to discuss it with them with an open mind. I also believe in praying about problems.

I don't like to, I did go a while without talking to my mother, for reasons not to be mentioned, I do talk to her now. I try not to hold grudges, they are not good specially with family.

When I was younger I would hold a grudge for days, but now I just let it go. If I'm upset I let them know and then I move on.

Well I do hold a grudge with my mother-un-law but unfortunatelly I have to talk to her cuz she lives with me. If she would just move out then I could let go of the grudge.

hold grudges yeah. But not for long maybe a week max. go without talking to my brother and sisters NO WAY.. we have our squabbles and we fight but we still are close.

easily i'm protecting a grudge adverse to my father and Father's Day is on Sunday. yet i'm making plans on telling him sorry the following day and loving him ( no longer in that way adult men ) back. i have held a grudge adverse to my grandmother yet i do not undergo in ideas why. adverse to my mom yet decrease than an hour later we were giggling with one yet another. adverse to my sister because she's stressful and that i tell myself i'm no longer chatting with her ever back, yet then minutes later we are telling one yet another our secrets and techniques.
