They could probably be able to tell you now, but you can never absolutely be sure until you have it. Good luck!

in as little as 11 weeks, normally by 20. It depends on the position of the baby, often the doctor will not get a clear visual of the babies private areas. Also remember that if you do not see a penis, it does not make it 100% that it's a girl, the penis may just be hidden behind a leg or something, depending on the position. (or dr. told us that "if you don't see a penis, dont run out and buy pink right away, but go ahead and start splurging on blue if you do") but if you do think you see a penis, it's harder to mistake this and it's probably pretty acurate that its a boy. If you have opted for a amniocentesis, or need one for some reason, they can tell you the babies sex without a doubt. just remember, there are dangers associated with the procedure, and determining the sex of the baby is probably not a good enough reason to get one.

Usually around 20 weeks, sometimes earlier, depending on the position of the baby. I was told I was having a girl at 18 weeks and it turned out to be true. Here's some good information about ultrasound and gender determination: http://www.ob-ultrasound.net/genderfaq.html

It depends. Does your DR give u/s? Mine did every month. So when I was 16 weeks he gave me a 95% chance of having a girl. At my 20wk appointment at the hospital, the tech confirmed that indeed I was having a little girl. It really depends on how cooperative the baby is.
