What are good salad combinations at the toss salad bar?

They have spinach and romain salads and you choose from a variety of ingredients and dressings which they toss for you. I can never think of any good combinations on the spot and wind up ordering the same thing.

i like sesame seeds, mushrooms and onions on spinach, cheese, tomatoes. i do like a twist now and again of fruit (if they have fruit available. pineapple, pears, Mandarin oranges, along that line. i love sweet vinaigrette or oriental dressings.
