I use to live in what I thought was the Italian Riviera, a place called Rimini. I would go there only in the summer time. Although, it's interesting to go to San Marino while your there. Also Rimini is an interesting place. But if you like the beach, wait till late May, June, July or August. I'm sure the price goes way up then.

You might go to TripAdvisor.com and you will find tons of information about the resort. Type in the name of the resort in the search area and dozens of reviews can be read. Look at the "candid traveler photos" area and you can view photos posted by other visitors (instead of the ones by the resort). You can also go to the "forums" section to ask questions. The answers you get there will be much more informed ones.
