What is the HTML/CSS code to shorten the length of a webpage?
Here is the webpage:

As you can see, I only have one picture, but when i publish the page i have all that scrollbar room at the bottom. Please help!

make sure the webpage works first of all.

then make sure you have the basic layout of:


webpage

this is a crappy little webpage



your porblem may be that the webpage is too small to pit on the screen, as in the bottom of the webpage as you would like it actually ends half way down the screen when it is viewed. as far as i know that is unavoidable.

Making changes to the screen require either javascript using window.screen.width or document.screen.width = x... depends on the browser type. In CSS it would be something like this: body{ width }
