I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Well, she Nicole Richie got so skinny because she has anorexia which means that she doesn't eat anything, that disease is really bad because you could die from it. She better be careful because nobody would want anything bad to happen to her.

I don't know but she looks unhealthy, and no offense to her but her head seems huge! Almost like it's pasted on. I would have to say copious amounts of drugs.

she didn't let herself eat nearly enough food, because society (that includes us) and media want women to be super-skinny, so they start dieting and they sorta get addicted and can't stop dieting and losing weight...I hope she gets better both mentally and physically...
